Unfortunately the wellness area and pool were not needed. Locked was pool (construction work) wellness area there was none.

It has excellent and beautiful location in restaurant impossible to use, in a really beautiful area. The standard queen room is recently refurbished and has a safe, a mini bar, and central heating.

The personal at the hotel were super friendly and made me feel right at home. The convenience of parking in front of the room was mind-blowing. The breakfast spread was jaw-dropping with delicious croissants, eggs, and a variety of meats. The beds were surprisingly comfortable, allowing me to sleep deeply. The recently renovated hotel had a fantastic spa and pool, and I especially enjoyed the rooftop pool. The staff were extremely helpful, making my stay unforgettable.

View of the lake was panoramic, the room was great modern and recently refurbished. Ideal and magnificent location, it was near the restuarant, Varese for a wedding and public transport😀😀😀

I absolutely adored the elegant decor of the hotel, the tranquil atmosphere, and the accessibility for senior people. The hotel's decoration was tasteful and sophisticated, creating a warm and welcoming ambiance. The general areas were spacious and well-maintained, making it easy for me to navigate with my walking aid. , the staff was always ready to assist me with a smile, ensuring I felt comfortable and cared for during my stay.
I would have loved to see more organized activities or tailored services specifically designed for senior guests. While the staff was friendly and attentive, it would have been even more enjoyable if there were additional offerings or special considerations for us seniors.
